  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Experience in tech or SaaS customer support is preferred.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (C1 or native).
  • Experience in customer support in tech or SaaS environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Understanding of web hosting concepts.
  • Advanced knowledge of web hosting technologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency with content management platforms.
  • Experience with AI-powered systems is an advantage.
