The Support Center Receptionist II will serve as the first responder to all inbound calls to BCN, exemplifying core values through exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a business-related field preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Past customer service experience is necessary.

  • Must demonstrate accountability and work independently.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters discreetly.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of phone and computer equipment required.
  • Compliance with health and vaccination policies is expected.
