Technical Support - Automotive Sector (m/f/d) - Remote

Vehicles are your passion! In technical support, you will handle a wide range of exciting tasks related to cars, off-roading, and overlanding. As a link between product development, customer service, and quality assurance, you will assist in answering technical customer inquiries, building and developing winch systems, and vehicle modifications. Your feedback on product and process improvements is always welcome.

The position can be filled either part-time (80%) or full-time (100%).

In Short

• Technical customer service
• Prototype assembly and testing on test vehicles
• Production and modification of winch systems (and possibly other products)

Requirements

• Completed training in the field of automotive and/or mechatronics/mechanics/electrics (HTL, master, apprenticeship)
• Several years (at least 2 years) of professional experience in automotive technology or repair
• Technical and logical understanding
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken. English skills are an advantage (but not a must)
• Team-oriented, independent personality with an exact and structured way of working
• Proficient in MS Office
