Customer Support / Inside Sales Representative - Remote

In Short

• Increase customer loyalty and satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Manage and process orders
• Provide personal sales advice, including cross-selling
• Coordinate technical inquiries
• Handle complaints
• Maintain and create customer master data
• Perform general administrative tasks

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical training (e.g., apprenticeship, HAK, HTL, HLW)
• Several years of professional experience (at least 2 years) in customer service, sales, or inside sales
• Strong communication and implementation skills, as well as a solution-oriented hands-on mentality
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken. Good English skills are a plus
• Team-oriented, independent personality with an exact and structured way of working
• Proficient in MS Office
• Interest in off-road, camping, and/or vehicles is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central or Navision is a plus
