Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning and directing projects to ensure that our client’s objectives are accomplished within prescribed timelines and budgets. This individual is driven, solution-oriented, flexible, and familiar with Agile Methodology.

In Short

• Manage internal and external projects from inception to successful implementation.
• Serve as project’s main contact and be knowledgeable on all aspects of the project.
• Establish work plan and resourcing for each phase of project.
• Prepare internal and external communications, including project status reports.
• Ensure quality through planning, execution, quality assurance, and quality control techniques.
• Identify, analyze and mitigate risks to maximize results.
• Work closely with end users and business technologists to understand business goals.
• Provide solutions, leadership, and motivation to project team members.
• Maintain a strong understanding of client business objectives and industry trends.
• Manage scope by coordinating and responding to requests for changes.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of progressive agency and business experience.
• Solid project management skills with ability to multitask.
• Understanding of software development processes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidiscipline, high-performance work teams.
• Experience in managing large scale projects.
• Ability to present and explain technical information effectively.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Arabic language is useful, but not essential.
