Overview

As Principal HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic HR advisor to the local business, predominantly our UAE and KSA offices, focusing on HR strategy and operations to create an environment where employees can do their best work.

Requirements

• 7+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; graduate degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and KSA employment laws.
• Fluency in English; Arabic communication skills desired.
• Proven problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to build relationships and lead change initiatives.
• Flexibility to travel within the region if required.
