Overview

Hoplite Group is seeking a Maritime Fires SME to support an ongoing initiative focused on assessing capabilities and developing capacity for a partner nation. Ideal candidate is a retired O-5/O-6 officer with extensive Maritime Fires experience in INDOPACOM.

In Short

• Part-time position with remote support and forward engagements.
• Roughly 20 hours/month during non-travel months.
• First in-person engagement scheduled for June 2025.
• Support partner teams in adapting maritime FIRES processes.
• Provide expertise in joint FIRES planning and execution.
• Contribute to training and institutional capacity-building efforts.
• Assist in international cooperation initiatives.
• Leverage facilitation techniques for effective engagement.
• Immediate availability required.
• Department of Defense clearance is mandatory.
