Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse & Agency Administrator to join our Home Instead/ Honor team in the Coastal Empire, GA and southern Lowcountry, SC areas.

In Short

• Educate Care Pros about legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide personal care aid training and test proctoring.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Oversee onboarding and documentation processes.
• Manage performance evaluations for Care Pros.
• Act as the Agency Administrator ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Travel to client homes for site visits.
• Collaborate with a remote team for agency operations.
• Maintain essential certifications and licenses.
• Support ongoing competency development for Care Pros.

Requirements

• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in training and evaluation of care providers.
• Bachelor's Degree; 3 years nursing experience.
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain flexibility.
• Passionate about quality care for the senior community.
• Knowledge of healthcare disciplines and client care services.
• Must complete background checks and testing as required.
