Overview

The Director of Payer Strategy & Financial Analytics is responsible for financial analysis and reporting, supporting the health center's mission through effective management and strategic relationships.

• Full-time position reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.
• Responsible for financial analysis and state and federal reporting.
• Promotes Honor Community Health services through reports and projects.
• Establishes relationships with health plans and negotiates contracts.
• Involved in monitoring value-based payment models.
• Hybrid position with 2 days remote and 3 days in office.
• Requires a Bachelor’s in finance, health, or business administration.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics required.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, health, or business administration; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics.
• Experience with an FQHC preferred.
