Overview

Honeydew is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Provider License Specialist to support our growing team of dermatology providers. In this role, you will oversee the licensing process for physicians (MDs, DOs), nurse practitioners (NPs), and physician assistants (PAs), ensuring timely approvals and compliance with state regulations.

In Short

• Manage the end-to-end licensing process for MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs across multiple states.
• Track and maintain provider licensure status, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with state medical boards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure providers are credentialed and ready to practice.
• Stay up to date on licensing requirements and regulatory changes, communicating updates as needed.
• Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as required.
