In Short

• Build and expand a national network of Optometrists and Optical offices.
• Initiate contact with potential providers to engage and recruit.
• Provide weekly status reports on recruitment efforts.
• Collaborate with the Credentialing Team for onboarding.
• Serve as a point of contact for recruited providers.
• Maintain communication between providers and internal teams.
• Support special projects related to provider recruitment.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting medical offices, especially in optical or vision care.
• Familiarity with credentialing processes and compliance regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment efforts.
• Experience with onboarding and credentialing is a plus.
• Highly organized with multitasking abilities.
• Proactive and results-driven individual.
