Physician Practice Partner - Remote

Overview

The Physician Practice Partner (PPP) will be a relationship builder, facilitator, and change agent supporting the partnership between Honest Health and our partner practices. Your focus will be on helping practices improve their performance in value-based care, aligning with Honest’s quadruple aim of improving quality, reducing costs, enhancing patient satisfaction, and promoting the wellbeing of physicians and care teams.

• Maintain accurate documentation on provider engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in a healthcare environment.
• Proven work experience as a Clinical Practice Manager.
• Strong knowledge of clinic operations and management.
• Strong knowledge of value-based care metrics.
• Ability to analyze and interpret reports.
• Demonstrated understanding of the healthcare delivery system.
• Comfortable in a remote work environment with travel.
• Exceptional communication skills required.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
