Overview

Hone is seeking a Senior Bioinformaticist to lead the development of our biomedical ontology and knowledge graph infrastructure in support of personalized health and longevity.

Requirements

• 5+ years in bioinformatics or related fields.
• Advanced degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or Computer Science.
• Experience with graph databases and ontology engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with biomedical ontologies and terminologies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in agile, cross-functional teams.
