Venture Development Intern - Expansion Operations - Remote

Overview

As a Venture Development Intern, you will be responsible for building new car inspection centers, managing property conversions, and supporting operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Scout and evaluate new locations across Germany.
• Negotiate lease contracts with realtors.
• Manage conversion of properties into inspection hubs.
• Provide support on operational challenges.
• Spend significant time on-site and on-the-road.
• Identify site-specific issues and collaborate on solutions.
• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s program.
• Fluency in German and a driver's license are required.
• Available for 5–9 months starting August 2025.
• Experience in fast-paced environments is a plus.
