In Short

• Be a true entrepreneur and help build a company from day 1.
• Learn what it means to be a founder by working directly with our founding team.
• Support the founders in daily tasks and help position Mycolever as a market leader.
• Engage in the implementation of our go-to-market strategy through business case validation, expert interviews, marketing and sales projects, and product launch preparations.
• Address challenges related to process and operational scalability.
• Contribute to product development activities, whether in software development or biotech process scale-up.
• Assist the founders in navigating the fundraising process.
• Apply and join us for a minimum of 3 months.

Requirements

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
• First internship experience in startups, tech companies, or consulting is an advantage.
• You are business fluent in English; fluency in German may be required for certain positions.
• You have a 'get-things-done' attitude and can drive results.
• You possess strong problem-solving skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You bring authenticity to your work.
• You enjoy the journey of building ventures.
