Overview

We’re a stealth, VC-backed pre‑seed/seed stage start-up disrupting a legacy mobility sector. With a proven expansion blueprint and a targeted M&A strategy, we’re set to triple revenue this year. Our founders – serial entrepreneurs who previously raised >USD 80m from Tier-1 US investors – are now launching into a new market. Further details will be shared during recruitment.

In Short

  • Build >3 new locations (car inspection centres) from sourcing real estate to launching operational hubs.
  • Scout and evaluate new locations across Bavaria, Hessen, NRW, and BaWü; focus on Frankfurt and Cologne.
  • Manage the conversion of leased properties into tech-enabled inspection hubs.
  • Provide agile support on ad-hoc projects addressing operational challenges.
  • Spend majority of your internship on-site and on-the-road.

Requirements

  • A true generalist who connects the dots across functions.
  • An excellent multitasker with strong organisational skills.
  • A proactive communicator and team player with a service mindset.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s programme from a top-tier university.
  • Fully fluent in German (C2) and a valid driver's license (B).
  • Experience in fast-paced environments is a plus.
  • Available for 4-9 months in Berlin/Nuremberg starting Aug '25.
