Data Analyst & Business Partner - Remote

Overview

This position is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights while acting as a key liaison between data teams and business stakeholders. The role ensures that data-driven strategies align with organizational goals and that business needs are effectively translated into analytical solutions.

• Recommend and guide stakeholders on how to use data to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor data usage and adoption across departments, encouraging data literacy.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts, and other technical roles to ensure the delivery of scalable data products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar hybrid role.
• Strong knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data querying (SQL).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong business sense and ability to understand and prioritize stakeholder needs.
• Experience gathering requirements and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• A proactive and consultative approach to problem-solving and opportunity discovery.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
