Project Manager - Remote

Overview

HOCS is actively hiring a project manager to join their growing PMO (Project Management Office) team. This role will work on information technology related projects that include hardware refreshes, new client onboardings and email migration projects. You will be working closely with project team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include preparing status reports, project presentations and creating project plans. Successful candidates will have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams. Project Management Professional (PMP) or other certification is a plus, but not required.

In Short

• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct meetings with project team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Prepare internal and external status reports.
• Facilitate change requests regarding schedule and budget impacts.
• Determine and manage project resources efficiently.
• Manage customer satisfaction during project transition.
• Conduct post-project evaluations for improvements.
• Create and manage project artifacts.
• Utilize industry best practices throughout the project.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management.
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes.
• Experience with ConnectWise Manage.
• Experience in managing hardware implementations, email migrations, and new site onboardings in a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Must pass background check.
