Overview

The Fundraising & Partnerships Consultant is responsible for building and executing a high-impact development strategy to support HiveStrong’s mission and growth.

In Short

• Build and manage a pipeline of corporate sponsors and individual donors.
• Lead with a relationship-first, mission-driven approach.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with sponsors and donors.
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies.
• Utilize Monday.com for tracking outreach and fundraising performance.
• Work closely with CEO and Board members on fundraising initiatives.
• Represent HiveStrong at events to inspire new support.
• Partner with marketing for clear donor messaging.
• Consistently meet or exceed fundraising targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fundraising or business development.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Experience managing projects and CRM systems.
• Passionate about mission-driven work.
• Self-starter in collaborative environments.
