RFP Consultant – School Partnerships - Remote

Overview

All Care Therapies is seeking an experienced RFP Consultant to support our efforts in securing contracts with public and private schools across California. This role will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the RFP process, from identifying opportunities and drafting proposals to ensuring compliance with state and district procurement requirements.

In Short

• Research and identify relevant RFP opportunities with school districts and private educational institutions.
• Develop, write, and submit compelling proposals that align with school district requirements.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district procurement policies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary data and documentation for RFP submissions.
• Manage communication with school districts, including responding to inquiries and attending pre-bid meetings.
• Develop scoring rubrics and assist in evaluating contract terms.
• Provide guidance on contract negotiations, renewals, and vendor management.
• Maintain accurate records of all RFP activities for auditing and reporting purposes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in RFP development and procurement processes, preferably within the education or healthcare sectors.
• Strong knowledge of California school district contracting requirements.
• Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze RFP criteria and develop strategic, compliant proposals.
• Familiarity with therapy service contracts in educational settings is a plus.
