Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Remote

Overview

This role delivers technical solutions and support to customers allowing them to maximize their investment in Microsoft cloud technology. The ideal candidates will have experience leading in a customer-facing consulting role and proven success in implementing and supporting Microsoft on-prem and cloud-based solutions.

In Short

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing, IT consulting roles strongly preferred.
• Experience with implementing, managing, and maintaining On Prem Active directory services.
• Experience with Windows Servers and Windows Components like DNS, File Servers, etc.
• Basic SQL Server knowledge is good to have.
• Familiarity with Virtualization concepts and hands-on experience with platforms like Hyper V, VMWare.
• Deep expertise with the M365 suite including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams.
• Hands-on experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, and Conditional Access Policies.
• Strong understanding of different authentication protocols like SAML, OAuth.
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
• Technical troubleshooting skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
• Certifications in Microsoft technologies would be nice to have.
