D365 F&O Retail Architect - Remote

Overview

As a Hitachi Solutions D365 F&O Retail Consultant, you will be responsible for participating in all phases of the project life cycle including: analyzing, designing, modeling, testing, training, pre and post Go live support, and deploying suitable and appropriate solutions.

• Participate in all phases of the project life cycle.
• Analyze, design, model, test, and train users.
• Provide pre and post Go live support.
• Lead requirement gathering and discovery with users and stakeholders.
• Write complete functional design specifications.
• Design and write technical specification documents.
• Implement ERP principles and practices.
• Work with Retail and Commerce modules.
• Collaborate with a larger team throughout enterprise transformation.
• Prepare for some domestic and international travel.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of D365FO/Dynamics AX Retail experience.
• Experience in FIT/GAP process.
• Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies.
• Current certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• High degree of initiative and personal responsibility.
• Comfortable in various settings from workshops to boardrooms.
