Overview

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Planning & S&OP Process Leader to manage and improve planning and scheduling processes across transformer factories in North America, focusing on training and standardization.

In Short

• Drive innovation and excellence in planning and scheduling processes.
• Manage and improve Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
• Train and coach various planning roles.
• Develop and implement standard processes and best practices.
• Monitor execution of standard work and develop tracking dashboards.
• Participate in factory S&OP meetings for standardization.
• Ensure timely information flow during S&OP processes.
• Monitor KPIs and enhance the S&OP process.
• Provide training and support for process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within a global value chain.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience.
• Preferred ERP experience in PP module.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
