EMEA Transfer Pricing Lead - Remote

Overview

The EMEA Transfer Pricing Lead will operate as part of the Finance and Accounting Team, providing transfer pricing support to Hitachi Group Companies in Europe while managing compliance processes and advisory services.

• Manage Transfer Pricing compliance for Hitachi EMEA and other group companies.
• Provide Transfer Pricing advisory services.
• Be the main point of contact for Transfer Pricing matters in the region.
• Drive the implementation of transfer pricing strategy across EMEA.
• Manage and develop junior transfer pricing staff.
• Engage in in-depth company and market research.
• Prepare and file Country-by-Country Reporting Notifications.
• Design financial models for intercompany transactions.
• Work closely with regional tax teams and external advisors.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence and integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, accounting, or tax-related field.
• Experience in transfer pricing with multinationals.
• In-depth knowledge of transfer pricing policies and methodologies.
• Ability to perform benchmark searches and analyses.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong computer literacy skills, especially in Excel.
• Excellent research and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows effectively.
• Demonstrated work ethic and dedication to quality.
