In Short

• Maintenance and repair of devices and systems at customer sites
• Performing fault diagnosis and repairs on laboratory equipment
• Creating service reports and documenting performed work
• Working closely with the sales team to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Completed training in a technical field, e.g., as an electronics technician or mechatronics technician
• IT knowledge and a corresponding affinity for IT
• Independent working style and problem-solving skills
• Driver's license class B and willingness to travel
• Ideally, you live in North Rhine-Westphalia or Lower Saxony
