Field Service Technician (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Field Service Technician (m/f/d) to join our team at Dr. Födisch Umweltmesstechnik AG, where you will be responsible for maintenance and service in the environmental measurement technology sector.

In Short

• Maintenance, service, and installation of environmental and process measurement technology.
• Organization and documentation of maintenance and service activities.
• Handling customer inquiries regarding technical issues (remote support).
• Independent problem analysis and solution development with the help of our experts.
• On-call duty (including weekends) in a collegial rotation among all service technicians.

Requirements

• Completed training as a technician (Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, Computer Science) or vocational training in a technical field with relevant work experience.
• Good knowledge in electrical engineering, automation, and/or mechatronics.
• Independent and responsible working style, along with teamwork and enjoyment of varied tasks.
• Height tolerance and high quality awareness.
• Driver's license class B.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
