Field Service Technician (M/F/D) - Remote

In Short

• Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repair work on construction machines.
• Perform diagnostics and safety checks.
• Conduct UVV inspections in coordination with supervisors.
• Create work orders and document completed repair tasks.
• Provide independent customer support for a defined region.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an agricultural and construction machinery mechanic or similar.
• Good knowledge in engine technology, hydraulics, and electronics.
• Strong understanding of technical contexts.
• Proficient in MS Office and specialized software.
• Knowledge of CRM programs like Salesforce is desirable.
• Very good German language skills.
• Strong communication skills and service-oriented working style.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
• Driver's license class B, preferably C.
• Flexibility in time and location.
