Join Doosan Bobcat EMEA as a Credit & Collections Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in managing credit and collections processes, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and contributing to the success of our dynamic team.

In Short

• Manage the collection of overdue receivables in accordance with credit terms.
• Establish and maintain credit limits and insurance in line with company policies.
• Monitor orders on hold and take necessary actions daily.
• Achieve monthly KPI targets related to cash collection efficiency and DSO.
• Ensure compliance with all credit policy requirements.
• Work closely with the collection agency.
• Provide weekly reporting on receivables.
• Support the AR department with cash requests.

Requirements

• Education and qualification in finance: completed vocational training or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a B2B environment.
• Understanding of basic accounting practices and financial background.
• Previous experience in collections is preferred.
• SAP S/4 knowledge is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Flexible approach.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%.
