Account Management Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Account Management Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting and scaling Hissho’s account management and growth initiatives, acting as a strategic and operational partner to the Account Management team.

• Provides high-level support to the Director of Account Management.
• Owns data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce, SAP, and retailer portals.
• Analyzes account performance data and identifies opportunities and risks.
• Assists Account Managers in building executive account summaries.
• Supports pipeline tracking and opportunity management.
• Coordinates communication follow-ups and meeting logistics.
• Assists in building and refining PowerPoint presentations.
• Leads coordination of recurring meetings and cross-functional communication.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in retail or foodservice environments is a plus.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in account management support or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or similar CRM/ERP systems preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
• Experience in retail, foodservice, CPG, or franchise environments is a plus.
