Overview

The Finance & Collections Specialist will manage tenant collections for a real estate portfolio, ensuring timely payments and providing financial support through reporting and analysis.

In Short

Monitor and manage tenant delinquencies across the property portfolio
Conduct follow-up calls and send notices to tenants with overdue balances
Reconcile tenant ledgers and accounts for accuracy
Track, analyze, and report delinquency metrics to leadership
Maintain detailed records of collection activities and communications
Coordinate with property managers and legal teams for escalations
Develop and improve collection workflows and processes
Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports
Support budgeting and cash flow tracking
Create high-level reports translating data into insights

Requirements

Experience in finance or collections
