• Report on recruitment metrics to leadership.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sourcing strategies.
• Research emerging talent markets, especially in Latin America.
• Provide strategic recommendations on optimizing sourcing efforts.

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, particularly for software engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of technical skills and tools relevant to software engineering.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Experience with sourcing candidates from diverse regions.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other job boards for sourcing.
• Ability to assess cultural fit within a company.
