CRM & Marketing Assistant - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative CRM & Marketing Assistant to support content, marketing, and CRM operations at a growing real estate investment and construction firm. You’ll play a key role in building prospecting funnels, maintaining CRM records, and supporting brand visibility through digital outreach, email campaigns, and social content.

In Short

• Manage and maintain the company’s CRM database.
• Draft email content for real estate lead generation.
• Create simple branded graphics and short-form videos.
• Support outreach via email campaigns and social media.
• Track KPIs such as email open rates and lead conversions.
• Work directly with the company owner on high-impact campaigns.
• Coordinate with contractors for content creation.
• Support inbound responses and email follow-ups.
• Collaborate with sales and real estate teams.
• Available to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in real estate or digital marketing support.
• Confident in tools like Figma, Canva, and CapCut.
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Self-starter who thrives with ownership and accountability.
• Experience in hard money lending or real estate investing is a plus.
• A portfolio of marketing content is a big plus.
