Sr. Staff Machine Learning Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Define and lead the architecture and development of large-scale machine learning systems.
• Own and drive architectural decisions for ML and LLM models.
• Work extensively with Python and ML libraries like PyTorch.
• Write and review high-quality, production-ready code.
• Partner with engineers and product leadership for ML development alignment.
• Architect a robust ML infrastructure for training and monitoring.
• Drive adoption of new ML technologies and practices.
• Mentor senior and staff-level engineers across multiple squads.
• Champion a culture of scalable system design and innovation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning and/or Engineering.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and ML frameworks.
• Experience architecting and maintaining ML platforms at scale.
• Deep experience in LLMs and NLP.
• Advanced understanding of ML infrastructure.
• Experience with ML infrastructure tools.
• A Master’s degree or PhD in a related field (not strictly required).
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
