Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• 5+ years sourcing technical talent via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proven success building pipelines for ML Engineers and Product Managers.
• Hands-on experience with Ashby or similar tools.
• Trusted partner to leaders with data-backed recommendations.
• Strategic builder who stays current on talent-market trends.
• Track record elevating team performance in a collaborative culture.
