Senior Production Planner - Remote

In Short

• Develop and execute production plans aligned with demand forecasts.
• Generate weekly schedules to ensure timely availability of finished goods.
• Collaborate with operations to evaluate capacity constraints.
• Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions.
• Translate demand forecasts into actionable resource plans.
• Develop capacity models for strategic decision-making.
• Implement tools to monitor resource allocation.
• Develop reports and dashboards for production status.

Requirements

• 5+ years in production planning, resource planning, or scheduling.
• Proficient in inventory management and its implications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Excel proficiency, including data manipulations.
• Basic SQL and/or Python experience is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing planning.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
