The Senior Manager, Building Launch will lead multiple projects including the launch of pharmacies and fulfillment centers, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while maintaining quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
• 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical operations
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a regulated setting
• Proficiency in interpreting construction CAD drawings
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and regulations
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
