Overview

As a Senior Data Solutions Developer at Hims & Hers, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our reporting infrastructure and ensuring the integrity of our reporting suites.

In Short

• Responsible for defining, extracting, and validating key performance metrics to support investor relations and C-suite decision-making.
• Designs and develops dynamic Looker dashboards that provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with the business to ensure data quality and availability.
• Build and maintain key Looker Explores for reporting.
• Define and maintain key reporting/data definitions.
• Provide clear requirements to Data Platforms & Data Engineering.
• Help during migrations to ensure reporting is gold standard.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Extensive experience in Business Intelligence.
• Experience supporting investor relations or collaborating with finance teams.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in reporting infrastructure roles.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SQL development.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Looker or similar tools.
• Proficiency in analytics and data manipulation techniques.
• Strong understanding of data modeling principles.
• Some experience with DBT.
• Excellent communication skills.
