As a Senior Data Solutions Developer specializing in Data Visualization at Hims & Hers, you will have the opportunity to shape and expand our analytics capabilities across the company. This fully remote position allows you to help standardize and scale our data products, ensuring trusted, accessible, and visually compelling insights for stakeholders.

In Short

• Design and deliver visually stunning Looker dashboards.
• Build and maintain a unified dashboard suite for performance insights.
• Translate stakeholder needs into meaningful visualizations.
• Apply best practices for dashboard clarity and usability.
• Continuously improve existing Looker dashboards.
• Partner with Data Engineering for data integrity and performance.
• Support Finance with dashboards for financial reporting.
• Implement data quality checks for critical metrics.
• Stay updated on data visualization trends and techniques.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data visualization.
• 3+ years working with Looker or related BI software.
• Excellent knowledge of data visualization best practices.
• Ability to create clear visualizations from complex datasets.
• Expert level SQL skills (3+ years experience).
• Experience with finance or investor relations.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders.
• A passion for Business Intelligence.
