Hims & Hers is seeking a Legislative Analyst (non-lawyer) to join our growing, collaborative Legal team. The successful candidate will be a team player, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote work environment.
In Short
Research, monitor and analyze policy developments, legislation and regulations in all 50 states as well as the federal level.
Maintain and continuously update the organization’s tracking for all active bills and rule-makings affecting the business.
Effectively communicate with Public Policy team members on any updates for bills, regulations and board activities.
Develop a deep understanding of common policy issues impacting the business.
Review Public Policy collateral and talking points to support advocacy efforts.
Interact with external consultants, trade organizations, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
At least two years of experience in a legislative role or similar.
Prior experience with legislative tracking software is preferred.
Healthcare-related policy experience, particularly in telehealth.
Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills.
Strong ability to manage a complex workload and shifting priorities.
