Overview

The Credentialing Analyst will be engaged in all aspects of credentialing of healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance and maintaining operational foundations of a growing credentialing program.

In Short

  • Engage in all aspects of credentialing of healthcare professionals.
  • Onboard new providers and assist with issues faced by current providers.
  • Ensure all providers have current certification and licensure.
  • Perform data reconciliations to monitor credentialing data integrity.
  • Work with external partners for licensing processes.
  • Develop updated processes to maintain compliance with state requirements.
  • Provide coverage for credentialing support issues.
  • Audit files for compliance with NCQA and internal requirements.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting and Provider Success teams.
  • Analyze and recommend improvements to strengthen the credentialing program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 7+ years in credentialing or operations analysis.
  • Experience in analyzing and reporting on credentialing operations.
  • Comfortable navigating data platforms to manage large datasets.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional process improvement projects.
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and self-starter attitude.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Excel and Google Suite.
  • Preferred experience in applying for healthcare licenses.
  • Knowledge of credentialing accreditation regulations preferred.
