Credentialing Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Credentialing Analyst is responsible for investigating potential clients to prevent fraudulent use and ensure compliance with relevant regulations while providing support to customers.

In Short

• Investigate potential subscribers to eliminate fraud.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Credit Reporting Act and Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act.
• Obtain supporting documentation for due diligence.
• Educate clients on permissible use of credit reports.
• Update Salesforce and Mainframe accounts.
• Work on special projects and process improvements.
• Provide setup assistance to customers.
• Perform complex Excel functions.
• At least 1 year of fraud and investigations experience required.
• Fluency in English is necessary.
