Overview

The Finance & Data Analytics Manager will serve as the strategic owner of the company’s financial visibility and business performance insights, overseeing financial operations while transforming data into actionable intelligence.

In Short

• Manage and analyze sales, expense, and performance data to produce data-driven insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards and financial models.
• Oversee bookkeeping and ensure financial records are accurate.
• Lead payroll review, billing, and payment processes.
• Review and process agent invoices and commission calculations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or data analytics roles.
• Experience in e-commerce or fast-moving startup environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with financial and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with workflow and automation tools.
• Comfortable with project and data visualization tools.
• Experience integrating data across systems.
