Overview

As a Lead Data Architect at Hike, you will be responsible for defining and evolving the architecture of Rush’s data ecosystem, aligning our platform and infrastructure with long-term goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data architecture.
• Proven track record on Azure and/or AWS.
• Deep expertise in SQL, Python, and programming languages.
• Experience with cloud-native, modular data platforms.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and warehousing.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML data infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with data governance and lineage tracking.
• Comfort with managing complex architecture.
• Track record of adopting emerging data engineering tools.
