Overview

As a Technical Architect (TA) at Hightouch, you will bridge the gap between the company and its largest Fortune 5000 customers, overseeing the customer journey from onboarding to success and adoption.

In Short

  • Responsible for retention and expansion of Enterprise customers.
  • Work closely with Sales to strategize on adoption.
  • Deliver organized onboarding through effective project management.
  • Provide proactive technical guidance across products.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support and Engineering on escalations.
  • Surface use cases to improve the Hightouch platform.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years in a client-facing or technology-focused role.
  • Experience managing technical projects with empathy.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative mindset across teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and navigate challenges.
