Overview

The Transplant Care Nurse RN will implement effective case management strategies for assigned members, assessing their health management needs and coordinating care to improve health outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7 years of clinical or case management experience required.
  • 1 year of experience in a clinical setting required.
  • Experience in utilization management or managed care preferred.
  • Knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy techniques preferred.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current RN state licensure required.
  • Certification in utilization management preferred.
