Overview

The Senior Customer Billing Analyst is responsible for managing claims invoicing and accounts receivable activities for a complex portfolio of non-risk self-insured clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant guidelines.

  • Manage invoicing and accounts receivable for self-insured clients.
  • Perform quality control reviews and audits of billing processes.
  • Run and modify SQL queries for data analysis.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor team members.
  • Experience with HIPAA compliance.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
  • Ability to lead department-level projects.
  • Experience with data reconciliation and reporting.
