In Short

• Full-time position in a 25-bed Short Stay Unit.
• Monday to Friday schedule from 6am to 8pm.
• No on-call, night shift, or weekend requirements.
• Focus on pre/post-operative care and infusions.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team evaluations.
• Promote patient safety and quality initiatives.
• Utilize the nursing process for patient care planning.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Engage in continuous professional development.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania or eNLC.
• Act 34, 33, and 73 clearances.
• CPR certification.
• Experience in a similar nursing role preferred.
