In Short

  • Rotational shifts, 5 days/week (3 early, 2 late).
  • Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments.
  • Supervise support personnel.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
  • Perform ongoing assessments and establish care plans.
  • Utilize standard and specialized therapy techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation standards.
  • Participate in departmental operational improvement initiatives.
  • Complete required background clearances.
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards in healthcare.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
  • State licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligibility.
  • CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Criminal background clearance certificates.
  • Preferred: Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Current state driver’s license.
