Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Strategy Consultant to drive strategic transformation within our finance function.

In Short

  • Drive strategic transformation within finance function.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize processes.
  • Collaborate with finance leadership to define and execute a comprehensive portfolio.
  • Develop and execute innovation strategy for finance functions.
  • Build strong relationships with finance functional leaders.
  • Conduct best practice research and competitive analysis.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Measure and report on the impact of innovation initiatives.
  • Articulate the value proposition of innovation initiatives.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5 - 7 years in Finance and Accounting or 3+ years in Finance Transformation.
  • 1 - 3 years in Project Management or Program Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with relevant finance technologies (e.g., ERP systems, RPA, AI/ML) is a plus.
  • Preferred certifications: Lean Six Sigma, PMP.
