Overview

This job is responsible for assisting the Store Lead with the daily oversight of one Highmark Direct Retail Store, requiring extensive knowledge of products and operations.

• Assist Store Lead with daily store operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing.
• 1 year of experience in a metric-driven sales role preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• State-specific Producer License for Life, Accident and Health required.
